Menssy Kwofie, Care Coordinator

Menssy our Client Care Coordinator has an educational background is Psychology and Gerontology. Alongside her degree, she has certifications in U-First, Dementiability and PIECES. In the past, she has supported older adults in long term care as a Recreation Manager and has learned the many ways to support older adults struggling with neurocognitive disorders. According to the World Health Organization, health and well-being is not just about being free from disease or infirmity but encompassing everything from physical to mental to social well-being. Menssy is happy to support our clients in ensuring that they are supported in every area of their lives. In her free time, Menssy enjoys reading and spending time with family.

Deborah Horenfeldt, Client Relations Manager

Over twenty years working in community based rehabilitation; with a focus on Acquired Brain Injuries and managing complex cases; building multidisciplinary teams to assist individuals to improve their physical, social and emotional well being. Several years as a Sales and Marketing Manager in the retirement home industry; working at residences that offered all levels of care including Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. Deborah is passionate about helping others and seeing positive change. In her spare time, Deborah enjoys working out which includes running, weightlifting and yoga. She also enjoys good food while spending time with family & friends.
